Invoico Invoice Maker helps freelancers and small businesses create invoices, manage clients, share PDFs, and track payment status. It is a productivity tool and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
Information handled by the app
Invoice, client, and business data you enter
Invoice numbers, line items, amounts, due dates, client details, business profile information, payment instructions, notes, and saved service templates are stored locally on your device so the app can create and manage invoices.
Files and messages you choose to share
When you export a PDF, copy payment details, or share an invoice message, that content is handled by the Apple share sheet and the destination you choose.
Support messages
If you contact support, we receive the email address and message contents you choose to send.
Purchase status
If you buy Invoico Pro, Apple processes the transaction and provides the app with purchase status needed to unlock Pro access.
Third-party services
- Apple App Store and StoreKit. Used to process Invoico Pro subscriptions and lifetime purchases. Apple handles payment processing, refunds, billing, and subscription management.
- No analytics, ads, or crash reporting SDKs in this build. The app uses local Apple platform storage, PDF, QR, sharing, and purchase APIs. It does not include third-party analytics, advertising, or crash reporting SDKs.
What we do not collect
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not collect bank account credentials.
- We do not collect payment card details.
- We do not collect analytics events or advertising identifiers in this build.
- We do not upload invoice or client records to SNTH servers.
Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases are processed by Apple. Subscription status and entitlement delivery may be handled by the services listed above so the app can unlock paid features.
